Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the commercial relationship between Pionics, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 5,000 Euros, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 938 387 768, whose registered office is located at 31 rue de Cugnaux, Bâtiment B, Appartement 66, 31300 Toulouse, France, and the user subscribing to the application.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any subscription implies the user's full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Description of subscriptions

Pionics offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly subscription: €5.99 / month, no commitment
• Annual subscription: €4.99 / month (billed annually at €59.88)
• Special launch offer: €2.99 / month for life for the first 1,000 users

Subscriptions give access to all the features of the application, as described on the website at the time of subscription.

4. Subscription terms

Users must create a personal account and choose a subscription plan. The subscription becomes active as soon as payment is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are made online via a secure payment platform. Users guarantee that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that it provides access to sufficient funds to cover the subscription.

6. Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled in advance by the user, monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of their respective terms. Payment is collected automatically.

7. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for (month or year).

8. Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with applicable law, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the initial subscription date. To exercise this right, users must notify Pionics by email at the following address: contact@pionics.fr. If the service has already been used, a proportional amount may be withheld.

9. Changes to prices and to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

Pionics reserves the right to modify its prices and these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Subscribers will be informed at least one month before any price change. In case of disagreement, users may cancel their subscription free of charge before the new conditions take effect.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Pionics' registered office, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
